Our two founders spent years working together in a hearth retail store, gaining hands-on experience with fireplaces, stoves, fire pits, grills, and everything in between. Over time, a pattern became clear: customers were struggling to find quality specialty and replacement parts, paying too much when they could find them in store, and finding those products poorly represented — if available at all — online. The industry deserved better, and they knew they were the right people to do something about it.

So they took the leap together, combining their expertise and shared passion to launch Midwest Hearth — an online store built specifically to solve the problems they'd witnessed firsthand.
