Glowing Metallic Ember Strings Kit

Sparkling micro-metallics are a stunning and brilliant finishing touch to bring life to your fireplace ember bed.  Our kit includes a bed of natural rock wool and a pack of metallic ember strings.

Directions for Use:

For vent-free gas log sets that have an ember fiber burning pan:
• Consult the log set's owner's manual (Ember fibers can only be used on the ember fiber burning pan).

For vented gas log sets and fireplaces:
• Lightly and evenly cover the burner pan with small 1/2" rock wool fiber pieces.
• DO NOT COVER THE PILOT
• Metallic ember strings contain metal fibers. Please wear gloves while installing.
• Remove metallic embers from bag and pull apart and stretch them out.
• Cut metallic embers into 2"-3" pieces.
• Crumple up the metallic ember strings and place them on top of the ember bed; spread out over the length of the flames.
• DO NOT put metallic embers on top of the pilot.
